Will the wedding be as great as the invitation was?
We found this video thanks to our friend Judson Laipply on Twitter.
Judson tweeted, “This may be the most creative wedding invitation ever.” We agree!

Last month, DJ Scott Jones had the priveledge of working a really fun wedding thanks to a creative bride.
Cleveland couple Mary King and her groom Andrew Rothacker, are huge Cavs fans. (No surprise there.) They wanted to do the Cavs’ style grand entrance that is becoming popular at Ohio weddings.
But Mary had a great idea, and went one step further. Not only would her bridal party run in to the reception to Young Jeezy’s “Put On” and Kevin Rudolf’s “Let It Rock,” they would do it while the real, live voice of the Cavs, Ahmaad Crump, announced their names. And, she completely surprised her groom in pulling it off!
“It was amazing and it electrified the entire reception,” said DJ Scott Jones, who was also hired by the smart bride. “Ahmaad was a stellar guest MC and he really helped kick off the party.”
Here is Ahmaad announcing the party at Tom’s Country Place in Avon, and posing with DJ Scott and the happy couple.

Scott E. Jones has been working as a DJ, entertainment booker, event planner and office manager with Jerry Bruno Productions for nearly a decade. During his countless meetings with newly engaged couples, he has always asked one question: “How did you propose?”
Scott kept a list of all the answers he has received over the years and compiled them. Here they are for your reading enjoyment or idea stimulation. Feel free to comment and share your proposal story!
Note: we’ve left in many of the locations as told to us, but feel free to replace with your own!
1. Clean the house, make dinner, then hide signs for her to follow that lead to your heart. You’ll be there with the ring in hand. Add a poem in the actual proposal that she’ll never forget.
2. While scuba diving, under water, hide the ring in a treasure chest off the coast of Key West.
3. Hide the ring in her breath mint tin, then ask her for a mint. Read the rest of this entry »

Thank you to Fallon’s Photography for sending us these official photos from the fabulous event, Viva La Rock, at the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Viva La Rock was a private party put on for Cleveland businesses to get to know how great a venue the Rock Hall is for events. For the night’s entertainment, the Rock Hall asked Jerry Bruno Productions to produce the entire evening of musical entertainment.
I told you Frederick Davis does a mean Stevie Wonder

On April 16th, the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame held a private event for Cleveland businesses to get to know the venue. Jerry Bruno Productions was honored to be a part of the evening, supplying all the music for the event.
“Viva La Rock” was MC’d by Cleveland resident Judson Laipply–most well-known for his YouTube video sensation, The Evolution of Dance– which he performed live! Jerry Bruno amassed an eclectic collection of talent to touch on all of rock’s roots and genres.
Among the evening’s performers were Joe Blues (solo blues guitar), Haywire (Rockabilly), The Rockin’ Ravers (60’s rock), and the Jerry Bruno Orchestra featuring, at various times, Sherena Wynn (motown), George Yunis (80’s rock), Lauren Dragon of RadioActive, and a surprise performance by Stevie Wonder!!! (OK, it was Fred Davis of The Orchestra, but he does a mean Stevie impression!)
Back stage, we even ran into last year’s American Idol runner-up, David Archuletta, who was touring the Rock Hall that day.
Thank you to the Rock Hall for putting on an amazing event, to all the businesses who came out to support our Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, and all the other vendors who helped put on such a rockin’ good time!

Our Communications Manager (i.e. Internet Marketer) and vocalist in The Avenue, Leigh Peterson, has added another small notch to her commercial acting belt. She appears (but doesn’t speak) in a Regency Windows commercial, currently airing in daytime slots on NBC and ABC. Here she is shopping for double-hungs with her “husband.”
