One of the most popular bands at Jerry Bruno Productions, TCB, has added a new female vocalist to the band and she is amazing. Sandra Payne has been signed, toured the country and released her own solo cds in the past, and now she’ll be releasing her exciting vocals at Cleveland area weddings and events. Her multi-octave range has been hailed as “phenomenal” and “inspiring” throughout the years, as she’s performed everything from gospel, Christian, jazz and rock.
